Description
This fantastic retreat takes place 70km from Malaga and just 2km from the white village of Frigliana. The accommodation is nestled in the mountainous natural park of the Sierras de Almijara with views of the sea. The house is comprised of three houses, with wifi and air conditioning, five bathrooms, two kitchens, four terraces, two pools and colourful extensive gardens. It is spacious enough to find places for solitude but small enough to socialise with fellow yogis.
You will experience each morning a lovely all levels stretchy yoga flow. In the evening there will be a restorative yoga class with yoga nidra. We will explore pranayama, mindfulness, meditation and much more in this time together.
