I have created Flow with Grace to support you through life’s challenges. Are you looking to take charge of your life? If you are feeling stressed, burnt out, tense or anxious– as if there is never enough time for you to be a priority in your life, I can offer you support.
If you are looking to rediscover your sense of self while enhancing your health and cultivating a positive mind, body balance, and if you are looking for ways to rest, replenish and renew, I can share with you tools to achieve the transformation that you are after.

I understand your challenges. I have been there myself. Tired, frazzled and depleted. I will share with you the systems I have put in place to enhance my well being.
I create classes, workshops and programmes for busy women over thirty five who are looking to let go of endless doing and striving, to carve out precious time to reconnect to themselves and get their health back on track. I will guide you through the steps of letting go of tension, stress and overwhelm while keeping you accountable, so that you can ease into a space of being, feeling empowered and thriving.

Perhaps you are starting to experience the symptoms of perimenopause/menopause which can be quite frightening as often women are taken by surprise by the issues this time can bring. We can often be resistant towards this period of life especially in a culture that reveres all things youthful. However, with the right support and understanding I feel that women have an opportunity at this time to step into their own power, nourishing and loving their wiser selves. Many changes are taking place leaving women to feel let down by their bodies and I am passionate in guiding you through this stage of your life, and yoga can be of huge support at this time.

I can help you find a sense of inner calm and resilience. I can show you how to find balance so that you can act with clarity, living a purposeful life with intention, and to your fullest potential.

I will guide you using traditional yoga, breath work, meditation, essential oils, journaling, nutrition and life coaching. You are in the right place to get started.

“In October 2018 I came across Graces class in Yin Yoga on Friday evenings at 6.30 pm in the Yoga Centre in Corbally, Limerick. 

By Friday, the end of each week, I was usually wound tight, and found it almost impossible to release the tension,and stress in my mind and body, and was usually in pain, and sleep deprived.

That First Friday evening Yin Class, was, the start of a life changing experience.

Grace directed the group through a series of poses, explaining the benefits,objectives, and ensuring that we each had the props and supports to hold the poses comfortably. It felt so gentle, almost like not doing rather than doing, but the impact was profound.

I learned about stopping, paying attention, attention to me, breathing into the space to soften what was tight, I heard words like parasympathetic Nervous system, and inversions. Grace guided us over the weeks, in Breathing techniques,Yin Yoga poses, and meditation at the end of each session.

After only a few weeks, the distress of Fridays was reaching further into each week, and I carried with me the breathing, the stillness, and found that my outlook and mood had shifted.

Grace has a gentleness and calmness that radiates and permeates the space and the group, you look forward to the hour each week, and you take its effect with you when you leave.

I am grateful to have crossed path with Grace, and to have the opportunity to be guided in the practice Yin Yoga by her.”

“I joined Grace’s class as I was constantly going to high intensity classes and I realised that what I actually needed was a slower paced class. I have found her restorative classes and workshops exceptionally good. I find they allow for a deep healing and relaxation. Anyone of any ability could do these classes and while you might think you’re doing very little you are building strength also in a gentle way. The short term benefits for me were an amazing nights sleep the night of the class and a peace within myself.
Over time I have found that this peace is lasting longer and I look forward to my class every week. I am now in a place where I can add her flow class which is stronger onto my weekly exercise plan.
